Pizza with Salami, Mushroom, Caramelized Onion and Arugula

After making my first pizza, we are so addicted to it that we have to eat it again. What i like about homemade pizza is that i can control everything. I like my pizza with thin crust and lots of toppings, lots of cheese! Yes! Yum!!!
I used the same pizza base as my first pizza. However, perhaps the water that i used was slightly too hot, so the yeast seems not working. Nevertheless, i still continue with the whole process (as i was rushing out that day) and luckily the pizza dough still "grew", but the "look" of the crust seems more like bread (as i didn't take note the last time, so i don't know is it me or the crust).

But since we are so into homemade pizza now, i wanted to try other recipe too. My next pizza crust will be from Jamie Oliver. Stay tune.

Today's Pizza topping

- 100g hungarian salami (very salty, different from the white hungarian)
- lots of mushrooms
- lots of cheddar cheese
- lots of mozzarella cheese
- caramelized onions
- rockets and more rockets

*** rockets goes very well with the cheese and salami. Taste damn good!
