My bread machine is back in action again!

I have stopped using my bread making machine for a while, because i am the only one eating bread and i can never finish them by myself. But since i want to have a healthier lifestyle, i guess i have got not choice but to bake it again. Sigh.. at most i just store the remaining ones in the freezer.
.
Using the Basic white bread recipe, i replaced part of the Organic unbleached white flour, with 50g of Organic wholemeal and 15g of Ground Black sesame.

My Roti Pizza

I was so lazy to make a proper lunch for myself, so i used the frozen roti prata and top with tuna, sent into oven and tada - made myself this yummy "Roti Pizza".

Saturday brunch - Roti but not Prata

Actually i planned to make curry and eat it with instant roti prata (those frozen ones). But both me and hubby were hungry the night before, so we ate it (roti prata) for supper. So on saturday morning, i thought it will be a chance for me to try out this roti chanai recipe. But it was a flop. It was so terrible that it was totally not edible. Luckily i have rice in the fridge, so i fried the rice to eat with the curry instead.

Baked Doughnut - 烘甜甜圈

I have been wanted to try this baked donut for a long time, but didn't have chance to because i don't have the donut pan. Just bought one the other day so finally get to try out this baked donut over the weekend. This donut doesn't taste like those fried donuts, but more like cake. However with the glaze and sugar coating, it is good enough to satisfied any cravings for a donut. Furthermore, this version is definitely healthier than the fried ones.
