After baking for a few rounds, i realised that i really needed a mixer. Otherwise before i learn how to bake, i became a very muscular woman (but only on one side. haha..). Initially i was still deciding between a handheld mixer and a stand mixer. But since i only started baking and do not know how long can this new interest of mine last, i decided to go for a handheld mixer first. If i am really into baking, than i can always upgrade later.
Shopping for the handheld mixer was quite an easy task for me. Because Kenwood just came out with this new model - KMix (so-call a powerful handheld with 350W), so without much consideration i just bought it.
